Lisa Katharina creates artwork with the intention of propagating playfulness and celebrating the natural world. She loves exploring variations on themes and playing with scale, color, and mark making. For several years, Lisa Studied under award winning pastel artist, Carol Kardon, at The Main Line Art Center. She is a life long art lover and has taught at both The Philadelphia Museum of Art and The Barnes Foundation. Her work has been exhibited in juried shows at the historic Philadelphia Sketch Club and staff shows at The Philadelphia Museum of Art. For nearly a decade Lisa Katharina has contributed artwork to Living Beyond Breast Cancer for fundraising purposes and volunteer recognition. Her artwork has been licensed for retail products and home decor at Pier1, Matilda Jane Clothing, Macy's, Art.com, Houzz, Wayfair and Fulcrum Gallery.
